Enterprise cloud computing company, Salesforce.com reportedly has introduced a new subscription-based training model to make it easy for customers to train employees on Salesforce CRM and Force.com and also to maximize user adoption, productivity and ROI.

Salesforce.com’s (News - Alert) Premier Training includes unlimited online and instructor-led virtual and regional classes; one-day instructor-led classes at salesforce.com’s annual Dreamforce user conference; private administrator or developers classes; Annual Training Plan consultations and custom courses; and Certification exams.

Eric Kelleher, Vice President of Worldwide Training and Certification, salesforce.com, said that the new Premier Training program is designed for their customers’ success and in response to their request for easily accessible and unlimited training options.

“Companies can ensure that every employee gets the most from Salesforce CRM and Force.com to drive bottom line business results and truly harness the power of cloud computing,” Kelleher said.

Officials at Salesforce.com say that trained users are more confident, capable, and able to make a difference to company’s bottom line. With the right skills and knowledge, company’s users, administrators, developers, and entire implementation team will make the most of all of Salesforce CRM and the Force.com platform, says the company.

Moreover, a report revealed that customers trained by salesforce.com achieved a 52 percent higher user adoption rate than those with no training. What’s more, these customers improved user productivity by 37 percent, increased sales pipeline by 132 percent, and reported a 39 percent improvement in customer retention.

“Salesforce.com’s Premier Training is a great solution for giving each of our users the skills they need to get the most out of Salesforce CRM,” said Kyle Lawton, chief executive officer of peerVue, Inc. “By making training easy and convenient, we can implement best practices from the start, learn how to build applications on Force.com and use all of Salesforce CRM’s capabilities, ensuring our entire team experiences the full value of the solution.”
