Cirilium Develops WiFi VoIP Solution for Honeywell's Biz Jet CustomersWEST PALM BEACH, Fla. --(Business Wire)-- Dec. 21, 2004 -- Cirilium Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB:CRLU), a Voice over Internet Protocol ("VoIP") solutions provider, announced today that it is working with Honeywell International (NYSE:HON), a $23 billion diversified technology company, serving customers worldwide with aerospace products and services to provide Honeywell with the latest WiFi technology enabled VoIP phone system for their Business Jet customers. This new system will interface with the Honeywell onboard ARINC 746 compliant SATCOM avionics components that provide air-to-ground satellite communications. This will allow passengers to interface with the system via a sleek state-of-the-art WiFi VoIP handset. Cirilium will be providing the core VoIP and IP data communication gateway software that will integrate on an avionics qualified hardware platform designed, tested and certified per FAA specification by Honeywell.
