Alex Bombeck Appointed President of Digital, Euro RSCG 4D New York


NEW YORK, July 27 /PRNewswire/ -- Charlie Tarzian, Chief Executive Officer of Euro RSCG 4D New York, today announced the appointment of Alex Bombeck as President of Digital, Euro RSCG 4D New York, a newly created position. In this capacity, he will oversee digital operations in New York; Philadelphia; Boston; Baltimore; Portland, Oregon; Wilton, Connecticut and Mineola, New York. Bombeck has served most recently as Chief Strategy Officer of Euro RSCG 4D New York and a member of Euro RSCG's Global Planning Council.

Alex Bombeck: A Biography
Alex Bombeck has served as Chief Strategy Officer of Euro RSCG 4D since 2001. He has led the effort to deploy the agency's Customer Relationship Management capabilities and Marketing Alignment Process across client accounts including Peugeot, where he shares the responsibility of Global CRM Director.
He joined the company in 1999 as Senior Account Manager of Euro RSCG 4D's Marketing Services Practice. Bombeck also served as Worldwide Account Director on IBM and North American Brand Manager for Intel, providing strategic eCRM leadership across brand and customer set groups.
With more than a decade of marketing experience, including a five-year focus on interactive and integrated marketing, Bombeck has worked in media planning, advertising, promotion and direct marketing.
Prior to joining Euro RSCG 4D, he was Director of Client Service at DVC Interactive, New York, where he oversaw interactive and direct marketing for such clients as Coca-Cola, AT&T, VF Corp.'s Lee Jeans and JVC. Earlier, he worked at Backer Speilvogel Bates, Ammirati Puris Lintas and Bates Worldwide in account management and media. His client portfolio included: Avis, Best Foods, Unilever, UPS and Benckiser.
