Winners will be announced at Awards Ceremony and Lunch, during the 17th Annual North American Shared Services & Outsourcing Week in Orlando, on Wednesday, March 6, 2013. SSON's Annual Shared Services Excellence Awards honor, recognize and promote both captive and outsourced shared services that demonstrate winning practices. These awards form the industry benchmark in terms of best practice and business excellence. Open to captive as well as outsourced SSOs, the Awards are judged by a panel with proven expertise in Customer Service; Culture Creation; Communication; Value; and Improvement & Innovation.
