Prior to joining Comverge, Warden served as the Vice President of Energy Strategy for a consumer engagement Software as a Service (SaaS) company. Warden spent 20 years at Echelon Corporation, inventing networked solutions that increase energy efficiency and grid responsiveness worldwide. Warden earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering with Distinction from Stanford University.
