He graduated from Texas State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Business and Accounting and actively serves with various healthcare industry organizations including the Corpus Christi Medical Administrators Group and the Radiology Business Managers Association (RBMA), most notably as the Past President of the Texas Chapter of the RBMA and committee member of the national RBMA.
