Anagog Wins Prestigious Frost & Sullivan's 2017 Enabling Technology Leadership Award


TEL AVIV, Israel, April 20, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Anagog LTD., the developer of the patented smartphone's sensor-based mobility status technology, announced today that it was selected by Frost & Sullivan as the winner of its 'Enabling Technology Leadership Award' for 2017.

According to Frost & Sullivan, in 2016, the automotive industry spent an estimated $44.0 billion on information technology (IT), of which connected living, Internet of Things (IoT), and Big Data analytics accounted for $4.5 billion, or 10.2% of the total expenditure. By 2025, expenditure by the automotive industry on connected living, IoT, and Big Data is expected to reach $28.2 billion (16.7% of total IT spending). These technologies are expanding the ecosystem of the car into mobile devices to understand user preferences and requirements.
