"Adding Srini to our executive team is a major win for Plexos Group and our clients," said Plexos President and CEO David Odom. "His track record for managing multibillion-dollar projects while running efficient operations enhances our ability to accelerate our growth and pursue new business opportunities in established and developing markets."

Krishnaswamy comes to Plexos after more than two decades at AECOM, most recently as Executive Vice President, Americas, where he expanded the company's disaster recovery services across the U.S and territories including in the U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Florida, North Carolina, California, Texas and Louisiana. He is also known for driving efficiencies in high-impact infrastructure projects benefitting the rail and healthcae industries at the state and local levels.

"We have known Srini for a long time and have admired his work while partnering on major disaster recovery and infrastructure programs" commented Kirk Fisher, Plexos' Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President. "We look forward to leveraging Srini's experience to expand our scope within the national and global economy, from software as a service (SaaS (News - Alert)) to healthcare claims."

Krishnaswamy has developed particular expertise in delivering integrated service solutions and designing financial management and reporting metrics that help clients measure and analyze program objectives while achieving performance targets. Earlier in his career, he managed large programs, projects and client relationships across South America, Europe, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and India, aligning robust systems with stringent quality, safety and ethics policies.

"I am excited to join a team that's so strongly committed to providing innovative solutions that solve difficult business and program challenges," Krishnaswamy said. "I've experienced first-hand Plexos' ability to ramp up quickly to provide the kind of scalable, agile solutions the public and private sectors need to build resilience within our communities and our economy."

Krishnaswamy played a key role in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's $70 billion New Schools Program. He is also credited with developing the first two strategic execution plans for the $25 billion Los Angeles Unified School District New Construction and Modernization Program from 2000-2004, for which he created an innovative, integrated financial system.

His many other career project highlights include construction and expansion projects for the L.A. Community College District, Disneyland Resort, L.A. County Metropolitan Transportation Authority, UCLA and Kaiser Permanente.

"Srini is an excellent complement to our dynamic and highly experienced team," said Paul Rainwater, Plexos' Chief Strategy Officer and Senior Vice President. "He's hitting the ground running with an aggressive development plan that maximizes the company's unique strengths and capabilities in markets across the U.S., its territories and beyond."
